Payment Upon Delivery
No payment is required online. Payment have to be made either by cash or cheque upon delivery.


Changing of Delivery Dates
Change in delivery date should be done via email to admin@beds.sg at least 24hours before delivery. Please provide your order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you.


Changing of Items
Any changes to items in the order should be done via email to admin@beds.sg at least 24hours before delivery. Please provide your order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you. Order cannot be changed for customised items once order is confirmed.


Order Cancellation
Cancellation of order should be done via email to admin@beds.sg at least 24hours before delivery. Please provide your order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you. Cancellation is not allowed for customised items.


Damage Policy
  • We advise our customers to inspect the furnitures carefully before making payment as they might be damaged during transportation although extremely rare. Should you detect any damage or defect e.g knocks, dent or cracks, inform us immediately at 9657 5729 or email to admin@beds.sg . You have the right to reject the merchandise immediately at no cost or schedule for an exchange.
  • Minor scratch and dents are considered touch up issues. In such rare cases, the merchandise will be touched up, repaired or replaced.
  • You have the right to reject the merchandise immediately if it is different from the product description or picture upon delivery.


Return Policy
If you changed your mind about your purchase, it's fine. Just bring the merchandise back to us, within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise should be unused, no damage, in resellable condition and with original packaging/ plastic cover intact in exchange for store credits. Merchandise cannot be returned for cash. Merchandise that are installed on customers' premise are non returnable. Customised items are non returnable.


Exchange Policy
Exchange can be done for merchandise of the same price or higher, with a transportation fee of S$50. Merchandise should be unused, no damage, in resellable condition and with original packaging/ plastic cover intact to be eligible for exchange. Merchandise that are installed on customers' premise are non exchangeable. Customised items are non exchangeable.


Proof of purchase.
Upon successful placing of order, an order confirmation containing the invoice will be sent to you via email to the email address provided on the online order form. Keep the email or print the invoice out, as it will be the receipt and proof of purchase. You will also receive a hard copy of the invoice upon delivery and will be required to endorse on the invoice after merchandises have been received in good condition.


Warranty
  • Mattresses come with warranty of up to 20 years. Different mattress model will have different warranty periods. Mattress warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer. Warranty card with warranty details can be found packed together with the mattress. Mattress manufacturers' warranty covers internal spring unit from defects such as serious sagging not due to normal wear and tear, broken springs and collapsed springs. Different mattress manufacturers have different warranty policies. Please read and follow the instructions on the warranty card (wrapped in plastic cover with mattress) carefully for the warranty to be effective.
  • Furnitures comes with 6months warranty on manufacturer defect. Not including wear and tear and misuse. If you detect any manufacturer defect or damage not due to misuse or wear and tear, take a picture of the problem and email to admin@beds.sg with a brief explanation of the problem, including the order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you, and date of purchase. We will contact you and arrange our service team to take a look and access the problem. In most cases, repair will be done. If it is deemed beyond repair by the service team, an exchange for the same product will be done. Beds.sg reserves the right to replace the merchandise with another similar product if the original product is not in stock or discontinued.
  • Warranty are not available for pillows, bolsters, mattress protector, mini sofa bed, foam mattresses under the bedding accessories and BRS65.


Free Delivery
  • We deliver within Singapore mainland only. Surcharge of S$30 is applicable for delivery to Sentosa Island.
  • The delivery time frame that you have selected online is tentative. You will be contacted one hour before the delivery while the delivery team will try their best to deliver between the selected time frame. Furnitures are large and heavy items. The delivery team might face difficulty in moving the furnitures up narrow stairways. Though rare, but there are chances that it might happen. Road condition will also affect the delivery time.
  • Delivery is free from Monday to Saturday within 10am – 6pm. S$30 is chargeable for delivery after 6pm. No delivery on Sunday and Public Holidays.
  • Beds.sg reserves the right to change the delivery date and time should any unforeseen circumstances arise in the midst of delivery. Though very rare, accidents do happen.
  • Free disposal of old mattress service is available with purchase of any mattress. This service is available if you have selected the option on the online order form. The delivery team will not be able to dispose off the old mattress if prior arrangements have not been made. Free disposal service is only applicable to disposal of old mattress only. We do not have the resources to dispose of old furnitures as they have to be broken up and disposed in authorised designated location only. If you are staying in HDB or private estates, contact the local town council for free disposal service. If you are staying in a condominium, the building management will be able to take care of it.


Multiple Items Delivery
Most our products are delivered directly from the manufacturers' factory. This is to ensure lowest overhead so that we can provide the lowest possible price for our customers. If you have ordered more than 1 item, you might be receiving the items at different delivery time although in most cases, we will arrange the items to be delivered in one truck, and you will be informed in advance if the items will be delivered separately.
