The outer cover is so light that it started peeling off within 3 weeks and started showing up the sponge underneath. I was shocked when it was discovered.

My sincere appreciation to beds.sg group who promptly reacted to my complaint and have taken back the mattress on a Friday, leaving me lying on the floor for the weekend and continue to do so. No calls received from beds.sg until now.

The angry old man who came to pick the bed, was pathetically running to meet his tight schedule and had no time to even talk to us. He ran like a sprinter with the mattress into the lift and replied to my questions by actions. I'm still awaiting the return of the mattress, lying on the floor ;)

We've looked up the records of your case and found that the outer cover was burnt off due to exposure to high levels of heat from an iron (according to the manufacturer). As the warranty on this mattress is provided by the manufacturer, we passed your case immediately over to the manufacturer, who came to remove the damaged mattress (despite this damage through misuse not being covered by warranty). As the warranty and the decision to make an exception to remedy the situation is made by the manufacturer, please speak directly with them. We have given the manufacturer a call and learnt that the manufacturer is now trying to repair the burnt fabric, while coping with high manufacturing volume. Kindly bear with them as they attend to your request. Thank you for shopping with us!

The mattress doesn't absorb movements completely, though it is made of pocketed spring, i.e. when ne party moves on the bed, the other can sense it slightly. But all in all, we still like it.
