Due to space constraint, the only option to squeeze in beds for 3 adults will have to be a double+single pull-out bed. Like the color and structure but was somehow worried whether the top bunk will be able to sustain the weight of an adult who moves quite alot during sleep, though mentioned weight sustainability is max 70kg. Will keep it under observation and feedback on this issue after probably 6 months. Overall, this double-deck is recommended for children but not the pull-out.

The single pull-out has a 1 to 2 cm gap from the base to the floor and a number of us got our toes caught beneath when the bed slides out too fast. Another issue, the rollers does not function like the rubbered rollers on the pull-out we used to have that comes with slight friction. Rollers used this pull-out is made of some kinda plastic and are totally uncontrollable. It glides around too fast and when someone from the top bunk tried to step on this pull-out to get to the ground, the pull-out glides away almost causing a fall off this bed :(

Overall rating for this double deck bed is good except there is some clicking noise when my 8 year old son move during his sleep on the upper deck of the bed.
