One word, excellent! This bed is firm but soft. The pillow top add on the cushion of the not very hard but soft spring bed. Is value for money and delivered in very good condition wrapped. You will never regret buying this mattress. Friends of mine still thought I buying at 1k over types of mattress.

This bed is very soft and is value for money. Worth buying this mattress. The spring of this mattress is not hard. Recommend to buy this compare with other expensive brands. This mattress come with 15 years long warranty too. I never regret buying it.

Bed feels like 7/10 hardness when delivered, after 1 mth of usage feels 6/10 firm. Very good support and pocketed spring makes a difference! Pillow top is too thin to feel plush but still gives good insulation from spring. Overall deserve every single cents paid. Perfect for those who likes a firm n good support matteress. Go for 3/10 or below if u like something plush n soft.
