Maliland Bonnell Support Spring Mattress is a mattress suitable for almost everyone, with a firmness scale of 6/10 (Medium Firm), not too hard and not too soft. With many years of mattress making experience, Maliland's dedicated mattress craft master once again impressed us with the choice of top quality material used even for a basic mattress. A layer of coconut fiber is placed above the springs and beneath the foam padding, to provide firm back support, and making sure that you will not feel the springs.

Delivery / Self-collection is FREE for any order that includes this item, unless the option (if any) chosen is <$150.
If option (if any) chosen is <$150 a minimum delivery fee of $16.90 will be imposed.
If option (if any) chosen is <$150 and the order includes washers, dryers, refrigerators or televisions, a delivery fee of $30 will be imposed.
Should you wish to self-collect any order, there will be no delivery charges imposed.
Any order that includes this item can either be paid for via cash or a cheque (made to Beds.sg) upon delivery/self-collection, or via PayPal upon checkout.

The outer cover is so light that it started peeling off within 3 weeks and started showing up the sponge underneath. I was shocked when it was discovered.
My sincere appreciation to beds.sg group who promptly reacted to my complaint and have taken back the mattress on a Friday, leaving me lying on the floor for the weekend and continue to do so. No calls received from beds.sg until now.
The angry old man who came to pick the bed, was pathetically running to meet his tight schedule and had no time to even talk to us. He ran like a sprinter with the mattress into the lift and replied to my questions by actions. I'm still awaiting the return of the mattress, lying on the floor ;)

We've looked up the records of your case and found that the outer cover was burnt off due to exposure to high levels of heat from an iron (according to the manufacturer). As the warranty on this mattress is provided by the manufacturer, we passed your case immediately over to the manufacturer, who came to remove the damaged mattress (despite this damage through misuse not being covered by warranty). As the warranty and the decision to make an exception to remedy the situation is made by the manufacturer, please speak directly with them. We have given the manufacturer a call and learnt that the manufacturer is now trying to repair the burnt fabric, while coping with high manufacturing volume. The mattress doesn't absorb movements completely, though it is made of pocketed spring, i.e. when ne party moves on the bed, the other can sense it slightly. But all in all, we still like it.
