The workmanship is not very good, as we can see protruding parts at the side of the sofa but overall is OK if you are not the fussy type. For the price that we pay, not much to complain.

Quality of finishing is lousy. The side arm rest is just covered by the synthetic leather.

Service wise: efficient & responsive through email and follow up call, good enough for us. the guys who delivered were fast and polite, even though they may not look like it. Product wise: After using it for a few months, we are pleased with the comfort of it and quality of the leather. For the guys, gotta get use to wearing a top when leaning against the sofa. We are glad we paid close to peanuts but the sofa proved otherwise.

In other words, the Lauren Sofa Set is unlikely to turn you into a couch potato (thought that's not exactly a bad thing).
Suitable for watching single episodes of drama serials or late night soccer matches. But if you're buying this to complete your home theatre set, bear in mind that we wouldn't recommend it as seating for a movie marathon.
On an unrelated note however, for some strange reason, the two cushions that come with the Lauren Sofa Set are a huge hit with all our customers.
We're still trying to figure out why.

- How many days will you take for Delivery..? and is there any possibility for selective days..? (Saturday or Sunday) for Delivery..?
- Delivery is usually within 2 - 4 working days. You will be able to select your preferred date from the available dates when the order is placed online.
