Funds going to unnecessary overheads like showroom space rental and salaries of annoying salesfolk. Pesky, commission-hungry sales people, inaccessible showrooms and their impractical "office-hours-only" operating hours.
By shopping online, you can view a myriad of furniture products showcased in the comfort your home at any time, surf at your own pace and, what's more, we even pass on our savings on overheads to you in the form of lower prices!

How do I place an order?
Place your order simply by clicking on your desired item, stating your preferred size or colour and selecting the "Add To Cart" option. Once you're done filling up your virtual shopping cart, follow the step-by-step instructions on your screen.
You can choose to have purchased products delivered to your doorstep, or to collect it from our warehouse yourself. Deliveries are usually made within 2 – 4 working days, depending on the availibility of stock in our warehouse. You're able to pick a suitable delivery date and time slot from the available ones when you complete your order online.

If you used an ATM to, please email us the receipt number together with the date & time of transfer.
Do you have installment schemes?
We don't have any installment schemes at the moment.

Do you sell used, reconditioned or refurbished furniture?
No. All our products are brand-new from the manufacturers, with their original tags and in their original packaging.
How much is the delivery fee?
There are no delivery charges for all purchases that are self-collected from our warehouse. There are no installation charges, unless otherwise stated.

Can I reject the product upon delivery if I'm not satisfied with it?
Yes, you may reject the product if it isn't in a satisfactory condition (damaged, scratched, dented, soiled, different from description etc) upon delivery at NO added cost.
Can I exchange my mattress if I only realise that I don’t find it suitable after purchase?
Each mattress can be exchanged for another model of the same price or more within 7 days of delivery, provided that the product is still in a resalable condition with the original wrapping, warranty and accessories completely intact. In the case of a swap to a more expensive model, you'll need to top up the difference in value between your original order and the new one.
A restocking fee of S$30 is applicable for each exchange.
We may refuse to do the exchange if the mattress is in an unacceptable condition (refer to previous paragraph for description). Once delivered and accepted, there will be no refunds.

I have an old mattress to get rid of. Can BEDS.sg dispose of it for me?
Yes, we provide FREE disposal of your old mattress with any purchase of mattresses from BEDS.sg. This disposal service is currently available ONLY for mattresses. Please contact your town council for assistance in disposing of non-mattress items.
There will be strictly no disposal of old mattresses which are infested with bedbugs. This is not only to protect the health of our staff, but also to protect the other new mattresses and furniture that are still in the lorry from similar infestation.

Can I change the item and delivery date after I place my online order?
Yes. Please notify us on any changes or cancellations at least 48 hrs prior to the original delivery timeslot by emailing orders@beds.sg. For immediate assistance, please call 67899927 during our office hours.
We'll try our utmost to deliver the changes, but there might be delays depending on the availibility of your new choice in our stock or slots in our delivery schedule.
How long do I have to wait for my items to be delivered after I make the order?
Delivery is usually within 2 – 4 working days, unless otherwise stated. You will be able to select your preferred delivery date and time frame when the order is placed online. You will receive an order acknowledgment via email.
Is the delivery time I had chosen during ordering confirmed?
The delivery time frame that you have selected online is tentative. We ask for your preferred delivery time frame so we can to try to arrange and the plan the route to have the goods delivered at your convenience as a service.

I saw a mattress in another store but I can't find it on your website. Can you get that mattress for me?
Here's a trade secret: it's a common industry practice to place different labels on the same model of mattress and distribute it to different retailers. In other words, the same mattress model manufactured by a mattress company may be known by different names in different stores.
This 'differentiation' is for retailers to differentiate themselves and maintain the image of exclusivity to bring up the profit margin. The mattress you saw may just be one of our mattresses! Please take note of the brand and name of the mattress, contact us and we'll help you find out if we're carrying the same model of mattress that you saw.

What is Lowest Price Matching?
We are totally convinced that our prices are the lowest in Singapore. Should you find any identical product selling at lower prices than us within 7 days of purchase, we will match the price and refund you the difference. Prices must be out of door price, less delivery, installation charges, GST and charges of other sort.
What happens when I choose to collect my purchase myself?
The products you check out online may not be immediately available for collection. Kindly give our staff some time to process the order, and order it from the supplier/manufacturer if we do not have it in stock. Our customer service staff will call you to notify you when your product is available for self-collection.

I bought an electrical appliance which turned out to be faulty within a week. What can I do?
Within 7 days, you may bring the item back to us at 35 Tannery Road, Ruby Industrial Complex, #03-10, Tannery Block, S347740, for a one-to-one exchange.
If you wish to perform the exchange, kindly give us a call so we can arrange for a brand new piece to be sent down from our suppliers/manufacturers, and for it to be ready when you drop by.
I have bought an electric appliance product, can I still exchange it to another product or refund as I don't think I really need it?
Item can be returned, exchanged, refunded, within 7 days of purchase, provided item is unused, undamaged, in original condition with full packaging and warranty intact. I bought an electrical appliance which broke down within a year, is there any warranty?
Warranty is covered directly by the respective manufacturer. Kindly read and follow the instructions carefully on the warranty card packed together with the product for warranty to be effective. Warranty period usually ranges between 6 months to 1 year. Kindly refer to the individual product descriptions for warranty period.
Can I choose not to come down personally to exchange the my electrical appliance purchases and opt for alternative means of exchange?
Yes, we will be able to arrange transportation for your exchange at a fee of S$30.
What happens if the furniture cannot fit into the lift on the day of delivery?
If such unfortunate incident happen, we will access if the furnture can be carried up via stairs in a non hazadous manner. If the process is deemed harzadous, e.g proned to damage on narrow stairway or obstructing passage, Beds.sg reserves the right not to proceed with the delivery and refund you the payment if you have made any. Should the delivery is deemed safe to be carried via stairs, there is no charge for first 3 storeys. Subsequent storey will be charged at $5 per storey. Beds.sg also reserves the right to rearrange an alternative delivery date should the timing do not allow as there might be other pending deliveries on schedule for that day.
Can I know more about Teak Furniture? I hear that it has natural imperfections.
Teak is solid natural wood. The furniture are hand crafted. Hence, no 2 pieces will have exact same dimensions nor colour. They are NOT machine made. The wood being natural, will have natural imperfections such as natural lines and uneven colour tone. These are absolutely normal.
There are some teak wood furniture that comes in very even colour and perfect finish. That is because, the manufacturer used inferior teak wood, and heavy spray paint to cover up the inferior wood, losing the beauty of natural teak. A good quality wood need less finishings and look natural.
What is this Restocking Fee?
Should you have accepted items in good condition, only to change your mind and request to return it later, a Restocking Fee will be imposed according to the rates as follows:
- Goods for Exchange: S$30 per Item
- Goods for Refund: S$50 per Small Item (Excluding Bedroom Sets and Wardrobes) and $100 for Bedroom Sets and Wardrobes
