Place your order simply by clicking on your desired item, stating your preferred size or colour and selecting the "Add To Cart" option. Once you're done filling up your virtual shopping cart, follow the step-by-step instructions on your screen.
You can choose to have purchased products delivered to your doorstep, or to collect it from our warehouse yourself. Deliveries are usually made within 2 – 4 working days, depending on the availibility of stock in our warehouse. You're able to pick a suitable delivery date and time slot from the available ones when you complete your order online.
For most products, you can select between two types of payment offered: cash/cheque on delivery/self-collection, or online payment with your credit card. Please address your cheque to "Beds.sg". Do note that payment for certain products can only be made via the online credit card payment option for practicality's sake. Our backend system will evaluate your shopping selection and recommend you your payment options based on the items in your cart.

OIf you would like to pay via bank transfer, you may leave a note stating your intention to do so in the "Remarks" column upon check out. We'll email you our bank account details for you to make the transfer. For I-Banking, please email us the last 4 digits of your order invoice number as well as your I-Banking nick for verification after making payment. If you used an ATM to perform the transfer, please email us the receipt number together with the date & time of transfer after it’s done.

All our products are brand new and manufactured with high quality material. Our mattresses come with up to 15 years warranty. Our bed frames comes with 6 months warranty on manufacturing defects (not including misuse or wear and tear). Use the reviews and ratings of customers who have bought the product to know how good or bad it really is.

Yes. All our products are brand new from factories, complete with their original packagings and tags. We do not sell second-hand, reconditioned or refurbished products.

Delivery is free for total purchases of S$150 and above in a single invoice to a single address, unless otherwise stated. There are no installation fees for furniture, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges of S$7.90 - $16.90 are applicable if your final purchase amount adds up to less than S$150.
Should you wish to have your delivery scheduled between 7pm-10pm, an additional night delivery surcharge of $30 will be imposed. This also applies to products which you return through our delivery service.
Should you wish to self-collect your entire purchase from our warehouse, there will be no delivery costs incurred, regardless of your purchase amount.

The products you check out online may not be immediately available for collection. Kindly give our staff some time to process the order, and order it from the supplier/manufacturer if we do not have it in stock. Our customer service staff will call you to notify you when your product is available for self-collection.

Yes, you may reject the product if it is not in satisfactory condition e.g damaged, scratched, dented, soiled or different from description upon delivery at NO cost.

Mattress can be exchanged to another mattress model of the same price or higher within 7days from date of payment, provided that product should be in resalable condition with original mattress plastic cover, warranty and accessories intact. Transportation fee of S$30 is applicable for each exchange. Mattress can be rejected if it is damaged e.g scratched, soiled immediately upon delivery. Once delivered and accepted, there will be no refund. Please refer to T&C for exchange policy.

Yes, we provide FREE disposal of old mattress service with any purchase of mattress with BEDS.sg. However, disposal service is currently limited to disposal of mattress only.

Mattress sellers often sell the usual mattress brands with different labels under different name. This is for retailers to differentiate themselves and bring up the profit margin. The mattress you saw may be one of our mattresses! Please contact us to determine weather they are the same.

A same mattress will have different name in different furniture stores. This is what they do to avoid price war, so that you cannot compare the price. We suggest you shortlist a few mattress models when you try them out at the furniture stores, and take down the brand and name of the mattresses. Then come back to us, we will check if we have the same model at a better price.
