  • 1. Why buy online?
    BEDS.sg do not have showroom overheads unlike retail stores. Hence we can bring down the selling price by at least 20%. Shop online at your own pace without any salesperson pressure or sales tactic and save money!
  • 2. Where is the store located?
    BEDS.sg operates 100% online. Without the usual showroom, stores, salespersons overheads, we pass the savings on to you by offering the lowest possible price.
  • 3. How to place an order?
    You can place the order by simply clicking on the item and add to cart, then follow a step by step instruction. Delivery is usually within 2 – 4 working days and you will be able to select the available delivery date and time slot when the order is placed online. Payment is collected only upon delivery in cash or cheque.
  • 4. How can I be assured of the quality of the mattress if I cannot test it before buying?
    All our product are brand new and manufactured with high quality material. Our mattresses comes with up to 15years warranty. Our bed frames comes with 6 months warranty against manufacturers' defect (not including misuse or wear and tear). Use the reviews and ratings of customers who have bought the product to know how good or bad it really is.
  • 5. Are your mattresses and bed frames new?
    Yes. All our product are brand new from the factory in original packaging and tags. We do not sell second hand, reconditioned or refurbished product.
  • 6. How much is the delivery fee?
    Delivery is FREE! BEDS.sg absorbs all delivery and installation fees. Prices shown are Nett. ($30 chargeable for delivery after 7pm)
  • 7. Can I reject the product if it is not in good condition upon delivery?
    Yes, you may reject the product if it is not in satisfactory condition e.g damaged, scratched, dented, soiled or different from description upon delivery at NO cost.
  • 8. Can I exchange the mattress if I find that I don’t really like it after purchase?
    Mattress can be exchanged to another mattress model of the same price or higher within 7days from date of payment, provided that product should be in resalable condition with original mattress plastic cover, warranty and accessories intact. Transportation fee of S$50 is applicable for each exchange. Mattress can be rejected if it is damaged e.g scratched, soiled immediately upon delivery. Once delivered and accepted, there will be no refund.
  • 9. Can I exchange the furniture if I find that I don’t really like it?
    Exchange is only possible if the furniture sent is damaged, e.g scratched, dented or different from description. Once item is delivered and accepted, there will be no refund.

  • 11. I have an old mattress to dispose, can BEDS.sg dispose for me?
    Yes, we provide FREE disposal of old mattress service with any purchase of mattress with BEDS.sg. However, disposal service is currently limited to disposal of mattress only.
  • 12. Is there free disposal service for old furniture when I purchase an item with beds.sg?
    Free disposal service is currently limited to disposal of old mattress only. Beds.sg do not have resources to dispose of old furniture. You may contact your local town council for assistance
  • 13. How can I make payment after I have placed my order online?
    To ensure a safe and pleasant online shopping experience for our customers, we only collect cash or cheque upon delivery.
  • 14. I have placed an order online, can I change the item and delivery date?
    Yes. Any changes or cancellation should be made at least 24hrs before delivery via email to orders@beds.sg . For immediate service, please call 96575729.
  • 15. I saw a mattress in another store but I can't find it on your website. Can you get that mattress for me?
    Mattress sellers often sell the usual mattress brands with different labels under different name. This is for retailers to differentiate themselves and bring up the profit margin. The mattress you saw may be one of our mattresses! Please contact us to determine weather they are the same.
  • 16. Can you tell me which furniture showroom that also sell the same mattress as you? So that I can try it out and purchase from you later.
    A same mattress will have different name in different furniture stores. This is what they do to avoid price war, so that you cannot compare the price. We suggest you shortlist a few mattress models when you try them out at the furniture stores, and take down the brand and name of the mattresses. Then come back to us, we will check if we have the same model at a better price.
  • 17. Do you custom make mattress and beds?
    Yes we do. Please contact us with the dimensions to get a quote.
  • 18. I would like to make a bulk purchase, will I get a better price?
    For bulk purchase of more than 10 similar items, please contact us for quotation.
  • 19. How will I know if my current mattress would fit in your bedframes?
    Our bedframes are manufactured to fit all standard size mattresses. King : 190 x 183 Queen: 190 x 152 Super Single : 190 x 107 Single : 190 x 91

  • 21. What is Memory Foam Mattress?

    Memory foam is also known as visco elastic foam, is a man made foam developed by NASA to overcome G-Force during space shuttle take off. It is a type of foam that responds to body temperature, moulding to the contours of your body. Memory foam helps to distribute your weight over a larger area of your body to reduce pressure points and provide an excellent support thus improving the quality of sleep by reducing toss and turn and lets you have a good night sleep. If you do move, memory foam conforms gently to your body and reshapes itself to your new posture, cradling every part of your body. Memory foam mattresses are also highly recommended for those who suffer from scoliosis and arthritis.
  • 22. What is Latex Foam Mattress?

    Latex rubber is a milky liquid derived from rubber trees mainly from Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia. Latex foam mattresses conform perfectly to your body contours for superb comfort and back support. Latex is inherently hypo-allergenic and its anti-microbial properties reduce the growth of common bacteria and mildew making it particularly beneficial for allergy or asthma sufferers. Latex foam naturally contours to your body, providing proper orthopedic support that maintains spinal alignment. Latex always moves with your body, so your body is always fully supported by the bed. In recent years, most of the manufacturers mix synthetic latex with natural latex for cost saving purpose.
  • 23. Difference between memory foam and latex foam?
    Memory foam are man made from polyurethane while latex are natural. Memory foam is temperature sensitive and when you move, the foam gradually moves back to its original position while latex foam provides continuous support and does not leaves an impression on the foam surface. Memory foams tend to be denser than latex foam.
  • 24. What is Pocketed Spring Mattress?

    Individual springs are wrapped in a fabric encasement to create Pocket Springs. Each coil work independently while conforming to your body contour. Pocketed spring mattresses are soft while cushioning your body for every turn and leaves your partner undisturbed.
  • 25. What is Bonnell Spring Mattress?

    Bonnell spring, also known as open coil unit, are spring units which connect together. Many large mattress manufacturers favour open coil unit for its low cost and tension variety. Bonnell spring mattress will feel harder compared to pocketed spring mattress.
