When I order a week before CNY, you offer me delivery by 11.30 pm. This is absurd.
BTW it is nothing to do with the product. The product is a value for money and hassle free purchase.

Our delivery team worked hard and way overtime for days on end so everyone could get their orders by the New Year. Our apologies for the inconvenience caused. We believe we did not charge you the after 7pm delivery surcharge of $30 as well.

I'm extremely dissapointed and upset with the services, order suppose delivered on 10 Sep'11, but it only completed on 26 Sep'11 due to below reason.
- Item colour not the initial order colour and being informed only on the deliver day.
- Top bed frame can't fit in, have to wait for another week for the re-deliver.
- Supplier forgot to fix the left handle (upper part of the bed frame). Nx delivered, the size of the handle can't fit in again.
- Deliver timing always change in last mins, wasted our time waiting at home.
This is my first time deal with Beds.sg, however I don't get the good experience and quite dissapointed with the services. Although I understand most of your products is direct come from suppliers, but the poor services provided from the suppliers will effect the reputation of Beds.sg too as consumers are direct deal with Beds.sg not the suppliers.
