    • For King Size does the divan comes in 2? Or 1 whole piece?

      Can we increase the Height of the Mattress Support Base , up from 10inch to xxx?
    • King size comes in 2 pieces. The legs are standard height, the factory do not have higher legs.

      Is there any warranty for this bed frame?
    • We have no grading system for the synthetic leather. The leather that is used is produced from Leather One, the most popular leather used in bed frames in Singapore.

      6 months warranty on manufacturer defect, not including misuse , wear and tear.

    • Hi, is it possible to customise the bedframe such that storage drawers are installed in place of the metal legs? Likewise, will this customisation be possible for the "Monaco Faux Leather Bed Frame"?

      If so, what are the additional costs involved for the respective bedframes?

      customisation can only be done on our faux leather bed frames. the customisation charges would be 35% on top of the price stated online
