Harnessing pressure created by the existing water flow, a patented vacuum valve sucks air in from the surroundings and pumps it into the water flow. Compressed air bubbles are formed which expand rapidly at the top of the showerhead to cause explosions of added pressure, a process you can observe in this model.
The result is a higher pressure of water flow for more effective cleaning with less of our precious resource actually being used, without any external device, tried and tested to save up to 40% of water during bath time and hundreds of dollars in utility bills over the years.

It works like shown in demo video and as expectation. Would prefer it to work without saving water; more power + more water. So far I found this is the only product in the market which improves water pressure the easy way (just change shower head) although would like to see the price to below $50 so will be perfect as a gift for friends and relatives. I like the see-through model much better. Looks cool with all the bubles, my kid likes it. Already order this product three times. Will advise people considering this product to check the video before purchase to see how much water pressure they can expect to increase.
