    Packaging came intact. even though it says designer, when opened its "baron" brand was on top and i think that's a rather normal brand. Seat seems a bit lower than normal type . i bought 2, one of them the pump seems to have a little problem, keeps having a "hissing" sound but ok after adjusting the blue pump inside. Hope it is not a persistent problem. Overall good product, delivery was prompt.

      The size of the wc is based from the wall to the center diameter of the hole on the ground. Installation does in the disposal of your old wc.

    • Hi,

      A pan collar is a must for installation of the toilet bowl (at least a 1"). As for the size it will depends on the size of toilet bowl you are getting and the size needed for the premise. The size is determine through the centre of the waste hole on the ground to the wall.
      example 1:
      size needed for toilet: 7"
      toilet bowl size 6"
      pan collar needed 1"

      example 2:
      size needed for toilet: 6"
      toilet bowl size 6"
      pan collar needed: 1"

    • I have 2 toilets. 1 is 9" other is 10" . Also is this S trap. Can it fit both toilets?

      Yes, both toilets can be fix on. You will need a 1" pan collar (for the 10") and a 2" pan collar (for the 9").
